" I have given up on Cycle Gear after a couple of major disappointments with their shift to trying to get you into the store to use a kiosk to order things on line. (I live about an hour from the store and can do that with out coming there.)
However:
I found myself needing a small item that I knew they stocked and was near the store. I was pleased to find a complete turn over of staff and they were helpful and friendly. While the kiosk is still there, they're not pushing it like the last group. A great turn around. I have been back there often since the turn around and have been pleased with the staff and the selection of gear. A special shout out to Sean! Knowledgeable and knows his business.
